Their mission is to empower the Relativity community to tackle social and racial justice issues by providing the technology needed to Organize Data, Discover the Truth, and Act on It.

Colleen Costello

Head of Social Impact | Relativity

Colleen Costello is the Head of Social Impact at Relativity, a Chicago-based software company. For the past five years, Colleen has helped scale Relativity’s community engagement and corporate social responsibility programming to best meet the needs of the company’s global community. Prior to Relativity, Colleen was the Director of Development at Teach For America – St. Louis, where she led efforts to raise the financial and social capital necessary to support 700 educators serving 20,000 low-income students in the region. She began her career through Teach For America as a middle and high school teacher. Colleen holds a Master’s in Education from the University of Missouri – St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Saint Louis University. She was recently an inaugural member of the Elevate Fellowship through Teach For America and the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Colleen is passionate about education, technology and workforce development.

Johnathan Hill

Johnathan Hill is the Community Engagement Lead at Relativity, a Chicago-based software company. Having joined the organization a year ago, in his role, Johnathan assists and supports recruitment/placement efforts of our Relativity Fellows program. Prior to joining Relativity, Johnathan worked for LinkedIn which is where we began his career. It was his responsibility to help organizations recruit and attract talent across the U.S., empowering HR leaders to be more productive and successful. Johnathan continues to be passionate about access to a quality education, opportunties, and tools that support youth employment especially at HBCUs as a graduate of Morehouse College.
